Surface storm water control

SpecialHydroProject group produces Standardized “SGP-L” and “SGP-Prom” systems designed for surface storm water and production storm water control in accordance with commercial fishing water discharge norms.

SGP-L Separator Box Advantages

• The Equipment subsurface mounting method allows one to save the project's effective area and eliminates building construction and their heating, etc.
• No pumping equipment in the system;
• Simple operation and mounting;
• Can handle a momentary increase in oil product concentration;
• Casing material is reinforced glass fiber (strong, light structure which does not corrode, resistant to various chemicals); all the casings are double-walled, which guarantees structure strength and sealability, casing winterization for northern regions is also possible.
• Dual protection system preventing random oil product leaks.

Minimum capacity for one system is 2 l/s.

Maximum capacity for one system is 50 l/s.

SGP-L OIL SEPARATORS

The oil separator has three chambers. The first chamber is the sand trap (particles with high median fall diameter settle down at the bottom). The second chamber has a coalescing filter (a block of corrugated plates) which helps to separate non-dissolved oil products from water. The third chamber - after water treatment from large quantity of oil products and suspended solids water flows into the tertiary treatment chamber where two stage sorption filters are installed: the first stage - "FIBROIL", the second stage - carbon filter.

Upon reaching a certain volume of separated oil products the alarm indicating the separator service and disposal goes off.
